This report automatically prints during the End of Day process and summarizes shipment information about the packages that your UPS driver is to pick up. After receiving the information, WorldShip processes the information and updates the Shipping window. The completed package should show only the over label with the under label directly beneath it. Click the OK button to accept the changes made on any System Preferences Editor tab and close the System Preferences Editor window. The date and time determined by the Trade Direct shipper and agreed upon by UPS for drop off or collection of a consolidated movement. Note: This report prints during close out of Trade Direct consolidated movements only if the destination CFS is other than the United States or Puerto Rico. It is required in order to clear unaccompanied personal effects or household goods through US Customs. Once the consolidated shipment clears customs at the port of entry and the shipment is split, the over label is torn away to reveal the address label, and the package is delivered to the consignee by UPS. Laser 8 x 11 - Use to print one label on each laser sheet and to customize your labels with a shipment label header or reference numbers in the extended area. The CID will be sent electronically if you have a paperless contract. To transmit your PLD electronically, only complete step 4. The Postal Service Tracking ID is a unique number that identifies certain types of shipments. WebClick the down arrow in the Printer Type box and select the type of printer (that is, World Ease, Report, Invoice, Dangerous Goods, or Label). Thermal 4x6 or 4x6 - Use to print standard labels. Dangerous Goods Hazardous Materials Manifest is a compilation of all hazardous materials packages shipped, and it must be printed at the end of the day.
